While progress is painfully slow and every plan I make seems to be torpedoed, you are not beaten if you do not quit.
So my current plan (heaven help me) is to publish both Cauldron #2 and Blades in December. The Black Magic and Alchemy book for Blades & Black Magic will likely be spring 2019.
